Job Functions

The Paid Search team focuses predominantly on Google advertising, as well as other channels including Bing Ads, Yandex Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, Criteo, AdRoll, Amazon, Apple Search Ads, BuySellAds, Carbon Ads, Yahoo Gemini and Quora. The Paid Search space is constantly evolving and we expect you to be at the cutting edge of your game. This role offers huge opportunities to learn, grow and develop, both via formal training programs, as well as on the job, working with exciting clients from a range of industries and driving real change in businesses. The work environment is challenging and fast-paced by virtue of this, whilst being commensurately rewarding and exciting.

Job Requirements

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES:

  • 1+ years of experience working with Google Ads, Bing, ASA and Quora. Experience with additional search ad platforms (eg. Yandex Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, Criteo, AdRoll, Amazon, BuySellAds, Carbon Ads and Yahoo Gemini) is a plus.
  • Experience working at a digital marketing agency.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Comfortable with data analysis using Excel/Sheets and learning new technology
  • Experience with Google Data Studio
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with advertising e-commerce and mobile apps.
  • Comfortable with client facing environments.
  • Capacity for critical thinking and employing strategy to hit business goals.
  • Goal of developing into a leading growth marketer.
  • Knowledge of Supermetrics or Funnel.io.
  • Interested in mastering all aspects of digital marketing (PPC, Analytics, SEO, CRO, CRM).
  • Certifications via online or in-person digital marketing courses are a plus
