A leading distributor of premium wines and spirits in the FMCG - Beverage sector, with expertise in the areas of wholesale and importing, is seeking to hire a skilled, ambitious, and energetic Ecommerce Manager who will strategically design online marketing plans, and oversee and manage the e-commerce unit of the company; knowledgeable about relevant trends and innovations in e-commerce.
Developing strategies for online activities that encourage sales and income generation.
Determine the format and features of the organization's online presence in order to maximize clarity and ease of navigation for customers.
Develop models that transform the social media accounts into highly profitable platforms
Design and implement strategies to bring in prospective accounts and grow existing accounts to meet overall companies goals and objectives
Analyzing traffic on the website to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies
Communicate product developments to both prospective customers and new clients
Liaise with internal teams to drive process improvement and operational excellence
Manage account and vendor relationship on a day to day activity
Incorporate best practices
Team management and progress monitoring
Reports on the satisfaction of existing strategies
Develop a financial plan for e-marketing expenditures
A graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related course of study
MSc/MBA is an added advantage
Extensive experience as an E-commerce Manager
Previous experience in the Beverage sector is a must
Operational knowledge of techniques required for market research and analysis
Sound knowledge of website management and e-commerce usability
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Track records of delivery results in a highly competitive environment
Great supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
