Our client is looking to hire an OFFICE ASSISTANT who will be in charge of office maintenance and aesthetics.

  • Ensure that all offices, entrances, and rooms are kept clean on a daily basis
  • Dusting of furniture and blinds as well as cleaning of windows and doors
  • Ordering of materials and equipment as the need arise
  • Ordering of groceries for the office
  • Assist with photocopying of documents when requested
  • Emptying of the shredder as and when necessary

Job Requirements

  • Housekeeping/ experience
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to set standards
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Basic numeracy and calculation skills
